## How it works

POST an unpaid request. The 402 you get back carries the EXACT price for the body you sent,
in x402 v1 (JSON body) and v2 (base64 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header) at once. Pay it with any x402
client and repeat the request; the amount that settles is the amount that was quoted.

Pay by repeating the request with the X-PAYMENT (v1) or PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (v2) header.
A clip typically renders in 1-6 minutes; poll the status URL rather than holding a request open.
The video_url in a completed job is an expiring link — download it promptly. The payment
record persists; the link does not.

## Failures

Payment settles when the job is accepted. A job that fails is resubmitted once automatically;
if it fails again the status response reports status=failed with the reason. For a failed
paid job, contact support with the job id.
